Customer data processed inside Intake Firewall or another contracted service is also governed by the applicable customer agreements, including a Business Associate Agreement when required. If a signed customer agreement conflicts with this public Privacy Policy concerning customer platform data, the signed agreement controls.

2. Sensitive Information Restriction for Public Forms
General website and platform-review forms are not designed to collect claimant information, medical information, protected health information, Social Security numbers, government identification, financial account information, case documents, login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. Do not submit this information through public forms.

B1 Marketing Group does not sell personal information for monetary value and does not currently use advertising or remarketing technologies that would constitute a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws.

We use reasonable administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, storage system, or electronic process can be guaranteed completely secure.
You are responsible for using appropriate safeguards when communicating with us and for not submitting sensitive information through public forms.

These rights are subject to legal exceptions. Information processed for a customer may need to be requested directly from that customer because B1 Marketing Group may act only as the customer’s service provider or processor.
